The friend who was with us had their room done every day which on same floor just 10 rooms away so very unsure as to why this happened as was the one person, we spoke to on Tuesday Sept20 2022 Plus asked for 1 extra pillow was told only could have 4 never heard of that so friends gave one of theirs HATE those mini pillows. Wednesday same old story out for breakfast little road trip return around 4 nothing again cleaned or replace so call for replacement which we got not sure how long it took for that as was very upset. Surprise once again nothing done or replaced called once again Housekeeping shows up to do room in 30minutes. Tuesday left room again around 8AM returned around 3 or 4. Monday left room and not back in it till or 4 pm room did not clean it nothing replaced called for towels and informed them about it towels brought up in about 15 minutes. I will now start First and foremost HOUSEKEEPING asked at initial check in about it was informed that we could have it daily if want we said yes well that never happened got to room it was clean but had no shampoo etc called delivered. First let me start by saying room was complimentary. We have stayed at the RIO many many times and never have we had a more terrible experience.
